Hockey ball attractions were the most visited sports grounds in the Olympic parks for spectators!

Olympic festivals are a thing of the past, but we have received positive news. Ball Hockey was the most visited place at the Olympic Festival in Prague. Let's hope that this will attract new players to the sport.

For fourteen days, the Prague clubs took care of the program at the Olympic Festival in Prague, where they gradually took turns and willingly devoted their time to all visitors. The organizers in Brno, which were representatives of the local Eagles and Bulldogs, were not left behind either. "It has not been known for a long time whether and to what extent the Olympic festivals will take place. However, we still believed that the government regulation would allow it, and in addition to the Olympic and many non-Olympic sports, those interested will also be able to try ball hockey,” believed the coordinator of both places, Anna Kuželová.

"The situation in Prague was slightly simpler in terms of location. In Brno, the main organizers from the Czech Olympic Committee chose a football pitch, which showed up as a big challenge. However, organizers managed the whole situation and came up with a solution, thanks to which we could have a ball hockey surface located in both venues."

The Olympic Games last seventeen days and the Olympic Festivals were available throughout. It was also very important to install all the things and then remove them. "I know that the organization was very demanding all the time and I would like to thank everyone who made sure that ball hockey got into the subconscious of other people and with a smile on their faces, despite the progressing fatigue, they were still available to all visitors. We are aware that everyone has done a huge amount of work," Kuželová appreciates everyone who helped to develop ball hockey further.

"We received feedback from the festival organizers that we were the most visited stand of the whole event, which I consider to be a fantastic success and a fantastic promotion of ball hockey. There were more than 4,000 competing children, which is far from capturing the real state of the participants at our stand. Almost throughout the festival, I was personally involved, and I can say that the real number was much bigger," points out on of the organizers Slavíková.
