Tips and Tricks for Effective Scoring
11 December 2025 – 19:00
Finishing is often the decisive factor of a game. This webinar focuses on how to remain unreadable and unpredictable for goaltenders. Participants will learn how to work with shooting rhythm, visual cues and shoulder movements to confuse opponents and gain a competitive edge. The seminar also explains why more aggressive finishing at the end of the motion is effective and how to release the ball at the exact moment when no one expects it.
The Importance of Transition Play in Team Performance
11 December 2025 – 19:45
A quick transition from defence to offence is one of the most powerful weapons in modern ball hockey. Coaches will learn how to teach players to think directly, make fast decisions and immediately create dangerous situations after regaining possession. The session presents concrete counterattack principles and methods to develop the instinct to attack automatically rather than hesitate.
Specifics of Girls’ Ball Hockey and Girls in Boys’ Teams
11 December 2025 – 20:30
Training girls and integrating them into boys' teams brings its own set of challenges. This webinar provides insight into differences in gameplay and physical development, especially around the critical ages of 14–15, when performance curves of girls and boys begin to diverge. The lecturer will explain how to help female players navigate this period, maintain motivation and confidence, and how to adjust training loads so their potential can fully develop.
The Role of Defensive Systems and Building Team Values
17 December 2025 – 19:00
Defensive systems rely on discipline, communication and team unity. This session focuses on the main principles of modern defensive play and on why a single player’s mistake can break the entire concept. It also highlights team culture—defence begins in the locker room, with shared values and clearly defined individual roles. Coaches will learn how to build an environment where players understand exactly what their responsibilities are and how to fulfil them.
Cooperation Between Coach – Player – Parent
17 December 2025 – 19:45
Without effective communication between coach, player and parent, a young athlete’s development can stall. This webinar explains how to structure cooperation among all three sides, how to communicate training directions and how to prevent misunderstandings through regular dialogue. Strong and unified support of a child can greatly accelerate both sporting progress and psychological well-being.
